Step 1: Initial Consultation and demand Communication (Inquiry & Communication)

Step 2: Scheme Design and Quotation Confirmation (Design & Quotation

2. Final quotation: After all specifications are confirmed, we will provide you with a detailed Proforma Invoice (PI), which includes:

Subsequently, we will request you to pay an advance payment (typically 30% to 50% of the total contract amount) in accordance with the PI terms. After receiving the advance payment, the production plan was officially launched.
Step 3: Production & QC
1. Production plan: The factory formulates a detailed production plan and purchases high-quality raw materials.
2. Production process update: Your dedicated project manager will regularly report the production progress to you and always welcomes any questions you may have.
3. Strict quality inspection: Our quality control team conducts strict inspections at every key stage of production (cutting, welding, polishing, assembly).
4. Final Inspection (optional) : After production is completed, we invite you or the third-party inspection agency you specify (such as SGS, Intertek) to conduct the final Pre-Shipment inspection. We will provide a complete inspection report and product photos/videos to ensure that the products 100% meet your requirements.
Step 4: Shipping & Customs Clearance
