Preparation

The operator transports the goods to the entrance of the air shower.

Open Entrance Door

Press the start button on the entrance side or use the automatic sensor. The PVC strip curtain will rise. Push the goods into the air shower chamber.

Initiate Air Shower

After personnel exit, the entrance door closes automatically. The system detects the presence of goods and automatically starts the air shower program. High-velocity, clean air jets from the side and/or ceiling nozzles will blow over all surfaces of the goods.

Completion and Exit

After the preset air shower time (typically 10-30 seconds) ends, the air shower will automatically stop, often accompanied by an audible prompt. The exit PVC strip curtain can then be opened (or opens automatically), allowing the goods to be pushed out into the clean area.
